YOU WILL NEED:

+ 1 Great Auntie Mona's Chettinad Sachet

1 pound cod fillets 

  ½ cup Coconut Milk
1 tablespoons extra-virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Step 1:

Heat oil in a pan and add sea bass

Step 2:

Empty Great Auntie Mona's sachet. Add salt to taste.

Step 3:

Pour coconut milk into the pan and gently stir. Reduce the heat and simmer till fish is done (4-6 min)

TASTY TIP

Garnish with green onions and serve on a bed of fluffy quinoa or rice
