Yo! Yogurt Chicken

This fragrant chicken dish is on our regular rotation these days. Great accompaniment to quinoa.

Hand's on time: 5 min; Time to Cook: 30 min

yields: 2-4 servings


+ 1 Indira Nani's Masala Sachet

1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into small chunks

  ½ cup Yogurt
1 tablespoons extra-virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste


Step 1:

Mix yogurt, Indira Nani's Masala Sachet, Chicken and salt in a bowl and let it marinate. The longer the better but let it sit for at least 15 min

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan and transfer contents of bowl. Cook until chicken is done


Add a tablespoon of sour cream and peas a couple of min before taking the pan off the stove

Roll your sleeves up, grab a seat, and enjoy!
